Holly is the Head of Government Relations for PayPal in Australia having joined in February 2020

She has almost 15 years’ experience in the financial services industry specialising in public policy. She has worked as a policy adviser to the Australian Government and held senior roles across the public, private and industry sectors including with some of Australia’s largest financial services institutions, the Westpac Banking Group and AMP Financial Services.

Holly is a passionate advocate for the role of good public policy in improving the lives of Australians.

Camilla has a long career in the financial technology industry and often talks about coming home when she started her work in the payments industry. Payments is the part of the financial service’s that touches people’s lives every day, and through EPA Asia work lives can be improved. The payments industry offered her an opportunity to combine her passion for fintech and humanitarian questions.

She is loving her role where she can combine intellect, creativity with enthusiasm and energy to connect people, create opportunities and ideas from the apparently abstract connections she sees between situations, businesses, problems and people.

Linden Dawson
APAC Customer Success Management Lead of Ping Identity

Identity industry practitioner and international speaker Linden Dawson will share the lessons she’s learned working in the Asia Pacific region. With real-world experience spanning both public and private sectors, Linden offers a practical perspective on the digital identity market.

As Head of Identity Trust & Safety at Australia Post, Linden successfully led the external stakeholder engagement program for the launch of the government-owned Digital iD platform. She was responsible for clearing the path forward with privacy advocates, government regulators and criminal intelligence agencies alike.


Since then, Linden has walked the floors of tier one banks and telcos in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Indonesia, helping others successfully navigate industry regulations with best-practice identity management. 

Lim May-Ann
Managing Director of TRPC Pte Ltd

May-Ann is the Managing Director of research consultancy TRPC Pte Ltd, and is concurrently the Executive Director of the Asia Cloud Computing Association (ACCA). She has extensive experience in public policy, technology policy development, and government relations communications across the Asia Pacific, and has worked with many global, regional, and local organisations such as APEC, ASEAN, PECC, the ACCA, and the Asia Internet Coalition (AIC), on thought leadership development, government outreach and stakeholder engagement efforts, such as the development of the ASEAN ICT Masterplan 2020.


She was appointed to the Singapore Data Protection Appeal Panel 2019-2021, and also sits on various task forces, such as the World Economic Forum (WEF)’s Digital ASEAN Taskforce, the Data & Jurisdiction Team for the Internet & Jurisdiction Policy Network, and has served as Exco member for the Internet Society (ISOC) Singapore Chapter. Her career has spanned global, regional and local institutions, including the World Bank, World Vision, the Singapore Institute of International Affairs (SIIA), and the Singapore Internet Project.


Based in Singapore, May-Ann also lectures on InfoComm Policy in the Department of Communications and New Media at her alma mater, the National University of Singapore (NUS).
